Soup’s on at Momma’s Diner, the library’s soup recipe contest partner. Momma’s is now preparing and serving four recipes from those submitted for this year’s library sponsored soup recipe contest. Carol Joiner’s “New Mexico Green Chile” is on deck this week through February 25. Next up, Carolyn Benedict’s “Orange Carrot Soup,” February 27 – March 3, with the event wrapping up with her “Spaghetti and Meatball Soup,” March 5 – 11. David Resop's recipe for "Catfish Stew" is now available from the library's facebook page!
