Friday Night Movie

July 13, 2012 - 5:30pm

Calling all quilters and movie lovers!  Join us to watch a movie based on Whitney Otto's novel How to Make An American Quilt. The film is set in late 20th century California, about a group of women who gather regularly to quilt and talk, connecting their lives and life stories just as surely as they connect pieces of fabric.  This is one of the library's programs in honor of The Quilt That Built a Library, a year-long benefit of the library's building fund and Project Linus. The movie is PG-13, just under 2 hours.
