Read Across America

Friday, March 2 is Read Across America Day, an annual salute to Dr. Seuss who was born on this day in 1904.  We’ll celebrate all day long with crafts, other fun, and birthday treats.  At 2, we'll show the movie based on Brian Selznick's delightful children's book:  The Invention of Hugo CabretThe movie takes place in  Paris WWI.  In addition to being a great story, the film also pays homage to some pioneer film makers.  The movie is rated PG, lasts approximately 2 hours.  All is free and open to the public.
