Princeton Library's Equal Exchange Fundraiser
The Princeton Public Library is holding an Equal Exchange Fairly Traded fundraiser. The four-month fundraiser will kick off this Wednesday, November 16 at a fundraising meeting at the library from 6:30 - 7:30. Stop by to sample some of the good things that will be for sale, including organic chocolate, coffee, and tea. Orders for these products, as well as clothing, jewelry and other fashion accessories, household items, and the like—all harvested and produced in a sustainable system that helps support their source communities will be taken at the library or from fundraising volunteers. An order placed by the first of the month will be ready for pick-up by the second Wednesday of that month. A few items, chocolate bars and coffee, will be on sale at the library. All profits from this fundraiser will be directed to the library’s building fund. Shown here with a catalog and some Equal Exchange chocolates is Mary Elliott, chair of the Equal Exchange fundraiser. For more information, to look at a catalog, or place an order, please stop by, contact duhr@princetonpublib.org, or call the library, 920.295.6777. Your support is appreciated!
