Library Friends Bake-less Bake Sale

No shopping, no kitchen clean-up, no calories to work off!  This annual fundraiser by the Princeton Library Friends runs through May 31.  How does it work?  Estimate how much you'd spend for baking ingredients, factor in the value of your time, and make a comparable donation to the Friends.  Also, mark your calendars for Saturday, July 16.  That's when the Library Friends will host the concession stand at the Princeton Flea Market.  Please stop by, e-mail, or call the library for more information.

March is Women's History Month

The Princeton Library is celebrating this wonderful heritage with a display of vintage aprons and other household linens on loan from Ann Atkinson.  Ann is shown holding and wearing several of the aprons made and worn by her mother and grandmother.  The exhibit can be seen whenever the library is open and is accompanied by a display of vintage women's cosmetic cases and toiletry items on loan from another collector.  For more information, please stop by or call the library at 920.295.6777.

Soup Recipe Contest

Winter’s back and there’s nothing like a bowl of hot soup to warm you through and through.

Stop in Momma’s Diner & More, on Water Street in downtown Princeton, to savor the soups that their chefs will be serving over the next six weeks, selected from the recipes submitted for the library's annual soup recipe contest.
